Who is LINAK
LINAK is an international company and the world leader in designing and manufacturing
electric linear actuator systems. At present LINAK is represented in several countries
all over the world either through subsidiaries or distributors. You may find a list

Personal data protection
LINAK is controller and processes data in accordance with the Danish Data
Protection Act.
LINAK treats information as confidential and does not pass on information to third
parties outside the LINAK group of companies. Further LINAK will not use the information
for marketing purposes, such as distribution of e-mails containing advertising material,
except with the consent of the user.
LINAK record information submitted via the Contact Form for the purpose of processing
your comments, questions or suggestions. LINAK passes on such information to the
LINAK group of companies only.
LINAK uses "cookies", which are small text files sent from LINAK's
server to the user's browser. Normally the text files are automatically returned
to LINAK with information about:
- the web pages you browse and the time of browsing
- the type of browser you use
- the type of operating system you use
- your IP address
- your user name, if any
The information is used in connection with the operation of the site and for statistical
purposes. It is also used to improve the design and functionality of our site. Your
browser may be set to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is placed
or to reject all cookies. If you reject all cookies, you may not be able to access
all parts of the site.
If you subscribe to our newsletter (if any), we record the information you submit,
such as name, address and e-mail address. The information is automatically used
to send the newsletter to you and for statistical purposes. A limited number of
employees of the LINAK group of companies will have access to the list of subscribers.
If you terminate your subscription, LINAK may retain the information submitted for
one year for preparation of statistics and processing your comments, questions or
suggestions. LINAK will delete the information immediately, if you so require.
In the event that you order material from LINAK via the site, such as brochures
and technical specifications, we delete the information immediately after posting
the material.
You may contact LINAK, if
you require information about data processed about you or if you require information
to be deleted or corrected.
